What are the vendor fees and what do they include?There are (4) vendor tier options. Food & Beverage Vendor ($550) Includes: For selling food ONLY (NO BEVERAGES) Free registration to Black Restaurant Week Free membership to BWS network (releasing Fall 2024) 50% off EP ticket 50% off customized spotlight (done by digital creator, Legacy Squad) Goods Vendor - Tier 1 ($260) Includes: Tent (10 x 10), table (6ft), & tablecloth Prime location at festival marketplace Free membership to BWS Fest network (releasing Fall 2024) 50% off EP ticket 50% off customized marketing spotlight (done by digital creator, Legacy Squad) Goods Vendor - Tier 2 ($175) Includes: Tent (10 x 10), table (6ft) Free membership to BWS Fest network (releasing fall 2024) 25% off EP ticket Resource Table ($110) Includes: Tent (10 x 10), table (6ft) Cannot sell any goods, but can provide resources in the form of brochures, cards, etc Free membership to BWS Fest network (releasing fall 2024) If you register as a Food OR Goods Vendor - Tier 1, you have the OPTION to redeem a customized 30-second spotlight from Legacy Squad at 50% off (original price $100). This social media video will include your business logo and a voiceover of you describing your business. The spotlight will be marketed after the festival to continue driving momentum towards your business. Kindly note, details on how to redeem this offer will be sent to your inbox before June 22nd. Goods Vendor Tier 1 & Tier 2 and Resource Table vendors are allowed (1) 10 x 10 tent. Applicants will be able to indicate if they’re bringing their own tent or need festival organizers to provide one on their registration form.

What is the application process to become a vendor?Kindly note, there are (3) parts to completing your vendor registration: Part 1: Vendor Registration Form ***It's highly recommended you gather all information for the Vendor Registration Form first because you CANNOT save your progress. Part 2: Payment for your selected Vendor Tier (which will be prompted after you hit the "Submit" button at the bottom of the Vendor Registration Form) Part 3: Acknowledgement of Terms & Conditions (which will be emailed to you immediately after you submit payment for your selected Vendor Tier) It's important that you complete ALL (3) parts in order to be considered completely registered. You will receive a registration confirmation email after submitting "Part 3 - Acknowledgement of Terms & Conditions". Please check your spam if you don't see it in your inbox. If you don't receive a confirmation email, that means your registration is incomplete.

What are the requirements for products or services offered by vendors? Are there any restrictions on the types of products or services that can be sold?Generic products and services that may be allowed include but are not limited to handmade crafts, clothing, jewelry, artwork, beauty products, and resources from non-profits, professional services, etc. Goods Vendor Tier 1 & Tier 2 and Resource Table vendors CANNOT sell any food or beverages. Additionally, all products or services must be original creations of the vendor's company and cannot include BWS Fest branding of any kind, unless given approval by festival organizers.

What are the rules and regulations for setting up and operating a booth at the festival?Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety, food handling, licensing, and taxation. Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Any behavior deemed disruptive or offensive by festival organizers may result in expulsion from the festival without refund.

What are the hours of operation for vendors during the festival?BWS Fest is on Saturday, August 17th from 12pm - 8pm. An official call time for vendor set-up will be shared no later than the second week of July via a Virtual Information Session for Vendors and on our website.

Is there a refund policy for vendor fees if the festival is canceled or rescheduled?Refunds and Cancellations: Booth fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the festival is canceled by organizers. Refund policies for cancellations by vendors may vary and are subject to approval by festival organizers.

Are there any marketing or promotional opportunities for vendors at the festival?There will be plenty of new potential customers for your business! Last year, 7,000 attendees attended BWS Fest on the Green. This year, we’re anticipating 50,000 attendees to attend events throughout the entire week, and leading up to Saturday, August 17th.

What are the parking and transportation options for vendors?Details will be shared by the second week of July via a Virtual Information Session for Vendors and on our website.

Can vendors request specific booth locations or sizes?Booth assignments are determined by festival organizers and are non-transferable. Vendors may not change or swap booth locations without prior approval from festival organizers. Kindly note, while Goods Vendor - Tier 1 includes prime location on the green, we do our best to arrange all vendors in a way that’s mutually beneficial for business owners as well as attendees.
