You can register to become a vendor here. Kindly note, there are (2) parts to completing your vendor registration:
Part 1: Vendor Registration Form
***It's highly recommended you gather all information for the Vendor Registration Form first.
Part 2: Payment for your selected Vendor Tier (which will be prompted after you hit the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the Vendor Registration Form)
Generic products and services that may be allowed include but are not limited to handmade crafts, clothing, jewelry, artwork, beauty products, and resources from non-profits, professional services, etc.
Goods Vendors and Resource Table vendors CANNOT sell any food or beverages.
Additionally, all products or services must be original creations of the vendor's company and cannot include BWS Fest branding of any kind, unless given approval by festival organizers.
All Food Vendors are responsible for securing required City of New Haven health permits. DO NOT PROCEED WITH AN APPLICATION UNLESS YOU HAVE THE REQUIRED HEALTH PERMITS. Kindly note, food vendors cannot sell alcoholic beverages of any kind.
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety, food handling, licensing, and taxation.
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Any behavior deemed disruptive or offensive by festival organizers may result in expulsion from the festival without refund.
Vendors are responsible for unloading and transporting their materials to their assigned table. Please note that festival organizers do not provide buggies, carts, wagons, or other transport equipment. We recommend bringing your own cart or arranging assistance to ensure a smooth setup.
BWS Fest is on Saturday, August 15th from 12pm - 8pm.
An official call time for vendor set-up will be shared no later than the second week of July via email and a Virtual Information Session for vendors .
Refunds and Cancellations: Booth fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the festival is canceled by organizers. Refund policies for cancellations by vendors may vary and are subject to approval by festival organizers.
There will be plenty of new potential customers for your business!
In 2025, thousands attended BWS Fest on the Green. 2026 is our 5th year, and it'll be our biggest yet.
The festival organizers will also share marketing recommendations for announcing your business at BWS Fest via email.
Parking around the New Haven green during BWS Fest is very limited. We encourage vendors to park on nearby streets and garages.

Booth assignments are determined by festival organizers and are non-transferable. Vendors may not change or swap booth locations without prior approval from festival organizers.
