Kindly note, there are (2) parts to completing your vendor registration: Part 1: Vendor Registration Form ***It's highly recommended you gather all information for the Vendor Registration Form first.Part 2: Payment for your selected Vendor Tier (which will be prompted after you select the price associated with your tier). Please click "Checkout" at the bottom of the application to complete your submission.

Generic products and services that may be allowed include but are not limited to handmade crafts, clothing, jewelry, artwork, beauty products, and resources from non-profits, professional services, etc. Goods Vendors and Resource Table vendors CANNOT sell any food or beverages. Additionally, all products or services must be original creations of the vendor's company and cannot include BWS Fest branding of any kind, unless given approval by festival organizers. All Food Vendors are responsible for securing required City of New Haven health permits. DO NOT PROCEED WITH AN APPLICATION UNLESS YOU HAVE THE REQUIRED HEALTH PERMITS. If you do not have a permit, you must apply through the City of New Haven Health Department. Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety, food handling, licensing, and taxation.Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Any behavior deemed disruptive or offensive by market organizers may result in expulsion from the market without refund.Vendors are responsible for unloading and transporting their materials to their assigned table. Please note that market organizers do not provide buggies, carts, wagons, or other transport equipment. We recommend bringing your own cart or arranging assistance to ensure a smooth setup.

BWS Fest Weekend Market is on Saturday, December 12th from 11am - 3pm. Location: Dixwell Qhouse (197 Dixwell Ave, New Haven, CT 06511). Vendors will be able to load-in beginning as early as 9:30am. Load-out is at 4pm and ends at 5pm.

Refunds and Cancellations: Booth fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the market is canceled by organizers. Refund policies for cancellations by vendors may vary and are subject to approval by market organizers.

There will be plenty of new potential customers for your business! In 2026, thousands attended BWS Fest on the Green, and it was our biggest year yet with 12,000 attendees, 400+ vendors & small businesses and $200k minimum same-day vendor sales.We also recommend that you share your participation in the market with your network so they can come and support you.

Parking around the QHouse is very limited. We encourage vendors to park on nearby streets.

Booth assignments are determined by market organizers and are non-transferable. Vendors may not change or swap booth locations without prior approval from market organizers.Kindly note, we do our best to arrange all vendors in a way that’s mutually beneficial for business owners as well as attendees.
